Job summary

Aon is seeking an Executive Benefits Specialist to administer nonqualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans and related executive benefit programs. This hybrid role may be based in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Radnor, PA, with flexibility for virtual work for strong candidates.

The role focuses on accurate administration, client service, and collaboration with sponsors, participants, payroll, and recordkeepers to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in nonqualified deferred compensation or related areas.
• Ability to read plan provisions and apply procedures.
• Intermediate Excel skills and data validation.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Experience with data reconciliation and payroll files is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer NQDC plan activities including enrollment and deferrals.
• Interpret plan provisions and respond to sponsor/participant questions.
• Coordinate data with payroll, recordkeepers, trustees, and partners.
• Reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Prepare client reports and enrollment materials.
• Maintain plan documentation and audit support materials.
• Use Excel and databases to validate data and support reporting.
• Manage multiple deliverables with quality controls.
• Identify process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Build knowledge of 409A, COLI, and related exec benefits.
