Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health is seeking a high-performing BCBA to step into an Associate Clinical Director role at our Mesa, AZ center. This position blends direct clinical care with executive leadership, managing a caseload up to 12 clients while partnering with the Clinical Director on strategy, quality, and mentorship of BCBAs and RBTs.

The role offers growth from Associate to Clinical Director, with leadership mentorship, professional development stipends, and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of clinical experience as a practicing BCBA, preferably in a center-based ABA environment.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and organizational skills; interest in Clinical Director path.
• Experience with data collection platforms and clinical documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and help shape center strategy and quality assurance.
• Maintain a manageable caseload (up to 12 clients) with data-driven progress.
• Supervise RBTs and student analysts; mentor junior staff and fieldwork students.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
