Jobot in Somers, NY is seeking a Director of Behavioral & Clinical Services (BCBA) to lead clinical operations, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and advance person-centered care for individuals with I/DD. This on-site role offers executive mentorship and opportunities for impact.

The ideal candidate has BCBA or LCSW credentials, 5+ years in autism/IDD, and deep knowledge of ABA, supervision, and regulatory compliance. Travel to local programs is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, ABA, Social Work, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification or LCSW; BCBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or IDD.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, behavior intervention planning, and evidence-based practices.
• Experience supervising clinical professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance clinical decision-making with team leadership.
• Onsite work with local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for behavioral and multidisciplinary clinical services.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical professionals, promoting accountability and growth.
• Oversee behavioral assessments, intervention plans, clinical programming, and treatment implementation.
• Ensure services align with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for person-centered care.
• Provide clinical guidance during complex behavioral situations.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, documentation, and program development.
• Support intake, discharge, and coordination of clinical services.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen clinical operations.
• Travel to nearby program locations and participate in on-call coverage.
