Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral intervention planning, and evidence‑based clinical practices.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or managing clinical professionals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for behavioral and multidisciplinary clinical services.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop clinical professionals, promoting accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee behavioral assessments, intervention plans, clinical programming, and treatment implementation.
• Ensure services align with applicable regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized, person-centered care.
• Provide clinical guidance and hands‑on support during complex behavioral situations.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement, documentation oversight, and program development.
• Support intake, discharge, and coordination of clinical services.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen clinical operations and service delivery.
• Travel to nearby program locations as needed and participate in periodic on‑call coverage.

Education
