Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct all banquet and event operations, ensuring quality, service, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the banquet department, including staffing and processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop banquet managers, supervisors, and staff to a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
• Set objectives and performance expectations; drive accountability and growth in the department.
• Maintain quality, service and operating standards per venue guidelines.
• Supervise day-to-day banquet activities; enforce policies and schedule work.
