Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across Procurement, Procurement Operations, Procurement Technology, Source-to-Contract Transformation, Analytics, M&A Integration or related enterprise leadership roles.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including building, transforming and retaining multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience owning a portfolio of Procurement technology platforms and converting business strategy into roadmaps, investment priorities, requirements, delivery and value realization.
• Strong product-management and portfolio-management capability, including prioritization, dependency management and adoption.
• Experience with M&A diligence, integration, separation, synergy identification or transaction-related supplier and contract analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect the Procurement Operating Model and drive end-to-end optimization across strategy, governance and capability.
• Own the Procurement technology portfolio including platform architecture, investments and adoption.
• Lead end-to-end Process Ownership with defined standards, governance and performance measures.
• Build an insight-led analytics function delivering spend, supplier and performance insights for executive decision-making.
• Lead Procurement M&A diligence and integration enablement with cross-functional teams.
• Govern the transformation portfolio and build a high-performance Center of Excellence.
