Health Care District of Palm Beach County seeks an Associate Vice President of Hospital Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across Imaging, Laboratory, Support and Facilities Management, and Respiratory Services in a major acute care hospital.

This executive role drives performance, regulatory readiness, and patient safety, partnering with medical staff and leadership to optimize service delivery, reduce costs, and advance sustainable operational strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
• Experience managing multiple departments, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and performance improvement.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Imaging, Laboratory, Respiratory, Support Services & Facilities Management.
• Translate priorities into departmental goals, performance measures, and improvement initiatives.
• Serve on the hospital's executive team and guide policy development and financial performance.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to optimize care delivery, patient safety, and throughput.
• Lead regulatory readiness, quality, and safety initiatives across assigned services.
