Job summary

CSAV Systems seeks an experienced AV support specialist to assist in fulfilling the A/V needs of high-profile clients across multiple sites in Central/Northern New Jersey. You will train with the Help Desk Manager and current technicians to learn A/V systems and troubleshooting, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include hands-on meeting support, ensuring proper functioning of audiovisual equipment during events, and documenting system health.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/V field; troubleshoot, set up/break down, meeting support.
• Professionalism via in-person and email communication.
• Familiar with video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/Microsoft Teams).
• Familiar with audio/visual room control systems (Crestron).
• Resourceful, comfortable researching troubleshooting steps.

Responsibilities

• Assist Help Desk Manager with A/V needs of high-profile clients.
• Train with managers and seasoned technicians to learn A/V systems and troubleshooting steps.
• Support on-site staff to ensure effective presentations and communications.
• Document and maintain records of support and system health.
• Collaborate with clients to determine AV needs and provide technical support.
