State Street is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Executive Events Manager to lead planning, production, and execution of executive meetings, town halls, webinars, leadership broadcasts, client events, and hybrid experiences.

The role requires expert knowledge of Teams, Zoom, and enterprise AV technologies, with a track record in delivering high-visibility events and coordinating cross-functional teams across facilities, communications, and IT. Hybrid work and on-site support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience producing executive-level meetings and hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AV technologies and room systems.
• Experience working with C-suite and high-visibility events.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive event planning and coordination for meetings, town halls, and webinars.
• Perform pre-event checks, test connectivity, and manage live production.
• Deliver post-event reports and runbooks with actionable improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Communications, Facilities, and IT.
