We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Audio Visual Executive Events Manager to lead the planning, production, and execution of executive meetings, town halls, webinars, leadership broadcasts, client events, and hybrid collaboration experiences.

Your primary responsibilities will be threefold:
The ideal candidate demonstrates the same ownership mentality, technical expertise, composure, and attention to detail required to successfully support State Street's executive events. They naturally take responsibility for event success, proactively identify risks before they become issues, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and consistently deliver a polished meeting experience for presenters and attendees alike. They are equally comfortable meeting with senior executives, troubleshooting technical issues minutes before an event, managing live productions, and documenting improvements that enhance future event delivery.
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
