Jersey College seeks a Nursing Dean to oversee the entire nursing curriculum and faculty. The Dean provides strategic leadership for curriculum implementation, program outcomes, and service to Jersey College.

The role requires a master’s degree in nursing, and a state RN license with at least two years in education. The position entails fiscal and academic administration, staffing, and regular reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current license in State as a registered professional nurse.
• 2+ years of working experience in the area of education.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee faculty and nursing curriculum.
• Direct authority for fiscal and academic administration of nursing programs.
• Oversee development and implementation of Jersey College philosophy, curriculum, program outcomes, and course objectives.
• Manage financial operations of nursing programs and supervise clinical activities.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate progress.
