This highly trusted role requires more than exceptional organization and attention to detail. We are looking for a resourceful critical thinker who can anticipate needs, navigate complex administrative challenges, bring structure to competing priorities, and independently move important work forward. By managing details, solving problems, and creating greater efficiency, this individual will help executive leaders stay focused on strategic priorities that advance our mission of "Dignity in Life."

About Us
Recognized as a Great Place to Work, we offer a quality-driven, culture-rich environment where Team Members grow professionally while making a positive impact on senior care. Our mission of "Dignity in Life" sets us apart as a leader in the field and guides everything we do.

  • Assist in the development and organization of internal training events and meetings.
  • Manage complex calendars, competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up commitments; identify potential conflicts or barriers early, recommend practical solutions, and help executive leaders remain focused on the organization’s highest priorities.
  • Lead and support complex special projects and company-wide initiatives across departments by gathering and organizing information, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring action items, identifying risks, and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Ensure all communication and documentation is handled with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration.

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • Progressive experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role supporting executive-level leaders, with demonstrated responsibility for complex assignments, confidential matters, cross-functional coordination, and independent follow-through.

  • Ability to create polished training presentations and business communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
  • Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving ability, including the capacity to assess complex situations, organize ambiguous information, evaluate options, recommend practical solutions, and move work forward with appropriate independence.
  • Student Loan Repayment Program
