Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Executive presence and confidence interacting with senior leaders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Chief People Officer.
  • Manage complex and rapidly changing calendars, meetings, and executive priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner who helps drive organization and execution of key initiatives.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Support leadership meetings, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-through on critical business priorities.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues before they impact executive operations.
  • Partner closely with leaders across the organization to support alignment and collaboration.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Represent the executive office with a high level of professionalism and judgment.

LHH is partnering with an innovative technology organization in Milpitas, CA to identify an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer. This highly visible position supports a senior executive while helping drive critical business priorities, leadership initiatives, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking a role that extends beyond traditional administrative support. The position offers significant exposure to executive leadership, strategic projects, and organizational initiatives. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, helping translate priorities into action while ensuring seamless executive operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a polished Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting senior executives in complex corporate environments. They bring strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the confidence to build trusted partnerships with leadership. This individual is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and capable of anticipating needs while navigating competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
