Job summary

Simply The Best Digital is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer in a fast-paced Boca Raton, FL office. This on-site role handles calendars, meeting coordination, client communications, and the preparation of documents and presentations.

You will also assist with events, internal coordination, and prioritization of key initiatives, requiring discretion, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a dynamic media/digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings effectively.
• Support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and document prep.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional etiquette.
