Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being the person an executive can truly count on? Do you take pride in staying one step ahead, managing competing priorities, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes?
Lakeshore Talent is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Chief Financial Officer in a dynamic corporate environment in downtown Denver.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys working closely with executive leadership, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and knows how to balance professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach.
The CFO oversees both Finance and IT, making this a highly visible position with exposure to key business initiatives, executive leadership, and important financial activities.
We are looking for someone who does more than manage a calendar. The right person will anticipate needs, recognize potential challenges before they become problems, and confidently help an executive stay organized, focused, and prepared.
This position reports to the Administrative Manager while working directly with the CFO. Success requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO, managing a busy and frequently changing calendar while balancing competing priorities.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, proactively resolve issues, and ensure the CFO is prepared for meetings and important business commitments.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and last-minute adjustments.
- Partner with the CFO to manage priorities, track commitments, and ensure important deadlines and follow-up items are addressed.
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of quarterly earnings calls, board meetings, financial reporting activities, and other executive-level initiatives.
- Prepare and organize presentations, meeting materials, spreadsheets, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings involving senior leadership, internal departments, and external business partners.
- Serve as a professional and trusted point of contact, exercising sound judgment when handling requests and sensitive information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when working with financial information, executive communications, and other sensitive business matters.
- Process expense reports and assist with administrative and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Manager, Finance team, and other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless executive support.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Provide occasional administrative assistance to other senior leaders as business needs arise.

- Strong organizational abilities with the confidence to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
- Confidence to respectfully manage up, communicate priorities, and keep executives accountable for important commitments.
