We're Hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Are you a proactive, sharp, and trusted right-hand who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you have the instincts to manage up, the organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly, and the confidence to serve as a strategic partner to a CEO?

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO — someone who does more than manage calendars and emails. This role is about enabling leadership, protecting focus, and creating leverage. You’ll help drive execution, coordinate priorities, and act as a gatekeeper, sounding board, and force multiplier for our CEO.

What You’ll Do:

Masterfully manage and prioritize a complex calendar, meetings, and travel

Prepare the CEO for meetings with agendas, briefings, and research

Track priorities, follow-ups, and internal/external communication

Anticipate needs — see around corners, catch what others miss

Maintain confidentiality while managing board, investor, and executive-level relationships

Help the CEO focus on what matters most by managing up and offering strategic support

Experienced (5+ years) supporting C-level executives

Exceptionally organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure

A confident communicator and problem-solver

Someone who “manages up” instinctively — not afraid to push back or guide leadership

Discreet, professional, and proactive at all times

Tech-savvy and fluent in modern tools
