Timescale, Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant and Event Planner to support the CEO and coordinate company events. This role requires strong executive support skills, exceptional event planning abilities, and a collaborative spirit within a fully remote environment. With a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, the position promises growth opportunities in a diverse setting.

As an Executive Assistant and Event Planner at Timescale, you will provide administrative support directly to our CEO, Ajay Kulkarni along with other key stakeholders, and organize company and team events! We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional, with experience fostering strong relationships with executives, vendors, sponsors, and venues to ensure smooth collaboration and successful events.
You'll succeed at Timescale if you are scrappy and strive to get things done and are passionate about making every day interactions and events for employees and customers amazing and memorable!
Please note : This is a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
While Timescale is a fully remote organization with team members across the globe, we have a preference for candidates based in NYC or SF for this role in the U.S., given the key stakeholders this position will support.

Timescale offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and comprehensive benefits for all full-time contract employees. The estimated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000.
