What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including meetings, travel, and speaking engagements
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and strategic documents
- Act as a trusted representative of the CEO in select meetings or communication channels
- Track deadlines, initiatives, and KPIs across company departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably in healthcare, tech, or startups
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, RPM, or digital health is a major plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Mastery of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom; familiarity with CRMs and project management tools is a bonus
