Executive Assistant

We have taken on a great Executive Assistant job with a Mayfair based private equity firm. The team of around 100 are based out of beautiful and well-connected offices. They have built a strong culture based on staff appreciation and welfare, leading to incredibly low turnover. The team is down to earth and inclusive, but work to high standards.

The firm is looking for an enthusiast and personable EA to join a growing team, supporting alongside an additional EA. The support will be across a range of seniority levels.

THE ROLE:
This executive assistant position will be busy and focused on the traditional aspects of the role. Day to day will include:

• Extensive diary management

Facilitating travel arrangements, including flights, trains, hotels, restaurants and taxis

Processing expenses

Managing inboxes and email correspondence

Handling all calls affably and efficiently

Liaising with other PAs as part of a broader team

Scheduling board meetings and appointments both internally and externally

Arranging couriers, collecting, and distributing mail

Collation and preparation of presentations, proposals and contracts using Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The successful EA candidate should have prior experience supporting at a similar level. Having a positive and collaborative approach, as well as fantastic organisational skills will be key for success. The team is looking for an assistant who is confident, able to multi task, and happy to think on their feet.
