Southwest Michigan First is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and provide proactive support while greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.
