Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a gallery/auction environment, a BA in Art History or Art Business, and strong written and verbal communication skills. The role requires discretion and organizational excellence in a fast-paced art world setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of gallery and auction experience in an assistant or administrative support role.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills; capable of cross-department coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Art Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Managing Director of Sales, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
• Liaise with curators, artists, estates, clients, and other art professionals; manage communications and scheduling.
• Coordinate inventory coordination, valuations, and preparation for weekly and monthly meetings.
