Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operation of Grand River Hospital District Clinic locations.
• Manage calendars and schedules for clinic administrators, managers, and physicians.
• Prepare agendas, arrange meetings, and handle minute-taking and documentation.
• Coordinate communications and respond to inquiries from patients, staff, and the public.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve operations and patient experience.
