JAQUE, a nationally recognized luxury interior design firm in Scottsdale, seeks an Executive Assistant – Client Experience to support the Founder with high-level executive, personal, and client-facing tasks.

In this fast-paced, concierge-driven environment, you will manage calendars, travel, and communications while ensuring seamless, hospitality-grade client experiences that reflect the JAQUE brand. This role partners with the EA – Operations to maintain flawless operations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting founders or C-suite leadership.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-touch client service is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars, travel plans, and meeting agendas.
• Coordinate personal and business commitments for seamless scheduling.
• Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain confidentiality and proactively resolve scheduling challenges.
• Collaborate with Operations EA to ensure continuity of support.
