C-Suite Assistants is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant for a busy principal who operates an equestrian center, hotel, and fashion line in California. The role is hybrid—2 days in person, 3 days remote—based at the equestrian center and principal's home, about 20 minutes apart.

Ideal candidates love animals and are comfortable in a farm setting with 12 employees at the center and 23 in the fashion business.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a founder, business owner, or senior executive.
• Ability to work around animals and a farm/equestrian setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with shared calendars, spreadsheets, and task-management tools.
• Discretion and trust in handling confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Be the primary point of contact across business and personal logistics.
• Protect the principal's time and own follow-through on tasks.
• Schedule a mix of business appointments and household coordination.
• Coordinate travel and personal logistics, including itineraries and bookings.
• Coordinate animal appointments and records as needed.
• Maintain organized documents, contacts, receipts, and admin information.
