Job summary

Bloom Talent, an early-stage AI gaming startup based in San Francisco, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. You will own calendar management, meeting prep, travel and personal logistics, and light vendor/expense support while collaborating with an internal AI agent stack to keep focus on judgment.

The role is hybrid in San Francisco with a fast-paced environment. 135-155K DOE plus equity, medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or C-suite executive directly, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Exceptional organizational skills and extremely clear, fast written communication.
• Genuinely comfortable using AI tools daily, with the instinct to treat them as leverage rather than a threat.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward the CEO's calendar and inbox outcomes, prioritizing what needs attention and making judgment calls the automation can't.
• Coordinate high-context scheduling with investors, candidates, partners, and the broader team.
• Manage end-to-end travel planning and personal logistics for the founder.
• Prepare briefing materials ahead of meetings and ensure follow-through on actions.
• Support light vendor management and expense processing with Finance.
• Partner with the internal AI agent stack to direct and refine its output.
