Amazon is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two or more Directors within Global Growth Sales, Partners and Sales Go to Market in Amazon Ads. The EA will manage calendars, travel, and team logistics to allow leaders to focus on high-priority work. This on-site role in Seattle requires organization, discretion, and strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to keep leadership aligned and productive. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2+ years of relevant experience are expected.
Qualifications
2+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience with executive level calendar management.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience at Amazon.
Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.
Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.
Experience handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements across multiple locations/time zones.
Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed agendas.
Process and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on actions.
Organize team activities and town halls, morale events and social outings.
Coordinate event logistics including catering, AV, and materials.
Manage team space planning and office moves if needed.
Collaborate with leadership, Finance, HR, Recruiting and other EAs.
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and flag issues proactively.
Handle high volume tasks with accuracy and discretion.
