Principium Psychiatry — New York, NY (Grand Central)
Location: East 42nd Street, New York, NY — steps from Grand Central Terminal
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, fully in-office
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000, based on experience, plus benefits

Principium Psychiatry is a physician-led psychiatric practice with offices across the Northeast, Florida, and California. We provide advanced treatments including TMS, ketamine, Spravato, ECT, and intensive outpatient care. We are growing quickly — new locations, new clinical programs, and a leadership team operating at a high standard of precision and professionalism.
We are hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly. This is the senior administrative seat in the organization and a genuine partnership role: you will be the person who knows what is happening, what is coming, and what is at risk of falling through.
The CEO runs a multi-site clinical practice while also maintaining a separate forensic psychiatry practice. The calendar is dense, the stakes are real, and the information you handle is confidential. We are looking for someone who has done this before at a comparable level and wants to do it well for a long time.
This is a fully in-office role. There is no remote or hybrid option.
Direct, daily access to a chief executive and visibility into how a growing healthcare company is actually run. Clearly defined responsibilities, a professional environment, and an organization where this position is treated as essential rather than overhead. No clinical or patient-facing duties.
Principium Psychiatry is an equal opportunity employer.
