Qualifications

4+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written communication and sound judgment.
A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Own the CEO’s calendar across customers, investors, candidates, and internal teams.
Manage inbound communications and draft responses.
Coordinate travel, logistics, scheduling for engagements.
Support board meetings, leadership offsites, and investor/customer events.
Build processes to improve executive efficiency as the company scales.
