Recom, a premier Amazon accelerator, seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO at our Deerfield Beach, FL HQ. This fast-paced, highly visible role requires precision, discretion, and proactive communication to enable peak CEO performance.

You will manage calendars, travel, draft correspondence, prepare meetings, and collaborate with senior leaders across the company. The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting C-level executives and outstanding organizational skills.

Competenze

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level management.
Proven ability to develop a long-term relationship with the C-suite executives that spans across multiple coverage areas.

Mansioni

Day-to-day administration and coordination of all areas of executive support.
Proactively manage executive calendars with scheduling prioritization and conflict resolution.
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries with frequent revisions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the CEO and executives.
Draft emails, letters and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Build cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.
Prepare for meetings, capture minutes, track actions to closure.
Complete expense reports and manage corporate card purchases.
Be available after hours as business needs arise.
Fulfill other ad hoc requests, including office and facility management.
