• Experience planning and running complex programs and events.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EAs through regular 1:1s and career development.
• Provide direct support for one C‑Suite Executive and back up coverage as needed.
• Set vision and operating standards for the EA program, including onboarding and coverage.
• Build scalable playbooks and templates for leadership meetings and company events.
• Foster a connected EA community and partner with executives on priorities.
