Plaid Inc. is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant Team Lead to partner with senior leaders and develop a high-performing EA team.

You will directly support a C‑Suite executive while shaping the EA program, standardizing processes, and driving efficiency through technology and AI-enabled approaches. You will lead leadership meetings, onsite planning, and company events, building trust with cross-functional partners and mentoring EAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an EA supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
• 3-5 years of experience leading EAs or administrative teams.
• Experience planning and running complex programs and events such as leadership onsites, Board meetings, All Hands, and company events.
• A strategic and operational mindset, with the ability to turn recurring work into scalable, repeatable systems.
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to build trust and influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without authority.
• Builder mindset with comfort using technology, AI, and automation to improve how work gets done.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort operating at a fast pace with shifting priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EAs through regular 1:1s, feedback, goal setting, and career development.
• Provide direct support for a C‑Suite executive and back up coverage as needed.
• Set the vision and operating standards for the EA program, including onboarding and coverage.
• Build scalable playbooks, templates, and repeatable approaches for leadership meetings and events.
• Foster a connected EA community through shared practices and coverage.
• Partner with executives and EAs to understand priorities and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Own hiring for the EA team, including defining the bar and onboarding new hires.
• Identify and implement efficiencies through technology and automation.
• Serve as escalation point and thought partner for complex situations.
• Partner with People Team on executive and leadership programs.
