Job summary

Talentify in the United States is seeking an Executive Assistant and Advisor to the DISA Global Commander, Technical Director and Senior Enlisted Leader. You will coordinate information distribution and meetings, manage calendars and travel arrangements in DTS, and support complex logistics for high-level officials.

This mission-essential role requires U.S. citizenship, potential security clearance, and readiness to report to work or relocate within the United States during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
• This national security position requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an Executive Assistant and Advisor to the DISA Global Commander, Technical Director and Senior Enlisted Leader.
• Coordinates distribution of information or materials with external entities; coordinates meeting/seminar/conference logistics.
• Serves as a timekeeper and maintains time and attendance for the Command.
• Prepares travel arrangements for all Command Group members in the Defense Travel System (DTS), to include detailed itinerary, flight arrangements, lodging, rental car, and scheduling meetings at location.
• At the GG-12 level, acts as the primary Task Officer/Action Officer, facilitating all tasks and suspense items for the command.
