The Boston Foundation’s SkillWorks program seeks an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and Senior Program Officer. You will provide strategic operational, administrative, and programmatic support, juggling priorities across multiple projects and coordinating internal and external relationships.
This remote role requires proactive communication and strong organizational skills; occasional in-person meetings may be required as policies allow, and a future office presence is possible.
The Executive Assistant works with the Executive Director and Senior Program Officer, playing a central role in organizing and leveraging their impact both internally and externally, and provides strategic operational, administrative and programmatic support to the SkillWorks team. This role manages a rapid flow of work, handling many tasks daily spanning multiple projects, with a need to toggle between big picture, long-term strategic priorities and time-sensitive details. The Executive Assistant represents SkillWorks by coordinating meetings, managing relationships and streamlining funder and grantee partners’ experience with the SkillWorks initiative.
This position is exclusively remote for the foreseeable future but ideal candidate will be able to attend in-person meetings and events as needed. Pending office reopening policies and physical capacity, position may eventually have dedicated work space, timeline TBD.
Budgeted Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00
