Qualifications

• 7-10 years of administrative experience required, preferably in agriculture or feed industry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint required
• Ability to negotiate and support purchasing activities
• Customer service mindset with sales aptitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing feed products and track transportation and deliveries
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and supplier contracts; manage signatures
• Generate weekly/monthly reports (ROI, sales, performance indicators)
• Provide daily price sheets and market information to customers/consultants
• Create PowerPoint materials for supervisor and support VP of Feed Division
• Maintain customer files and records; support credit monitoring for direct ship customers
