Qualifications

Job description

For our client, we are seeking an Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.

This role will provide high-level executive support within the Office of the CEO, with a focus on keeping priorities, schedules, and travel logistics running smoothly in a fast-moving environment. The position is designed for someone who can anticipate needs, protect the CEO’s time, and help strengthen the operating rhythm of a small but evolving executive support function. You will partner closely with other executive assistants and key stakeholders to improve coordination, solve problems quickly, and ensure commitments are tracked through to completion.

The ideal candidate brings mature judgment, strong discretion, and the ability to adapt as priorities shift. This is a highly visible operational support role where organization, responsiveness, and thoughtful execution will directly contribute to executive effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually
