HR&A is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant & Office Manager in our Washington, DC office. This role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to our DC & Dallas-based Partners, Stan, Aaron, Marilynn, and Joseph, and manages the day-to-day operations of the DC & Dallas office. Partner with DC leadership to keep the office and its operations running smoothly so partners can stay focused on serving clients and growing our impact.

Two to four years of work experience supporting senior executives or leadership, with office management experience preferred. An associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Professional services (consulting) firm experience is preferred.
HR&A fosters a collaborative and flexible work environment through our hybrid work policy. This role works from the DC office at least four days a week, which allows individuals the freedom to balance their professional and personal lives while maintaining a strong connection to their team.
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus the opportunity for a discretionary year-end bonus. Where an offer falls inside this pay range is dependent on experience. We offer competitive compensation packages, based on qualifications and experience.
