About The Role

We’re looking for a highly proactive, detail-obsessed, and trusted Executive Assistant & Office Manager who can help create leverage for the leadership team of a high-growth startup.

You Will

  • Manage calendar and scheduling of meetings for CEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for VPs and CEO (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
  • Be the gatekeeper and air traffic controller for all inbound office requests, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and company-wide events
  • Organize meetings and events, including space, catering, materials, and A/V
  • Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages
  • Assist with special projects and provide general team support

Location: NYC (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office)

Reports to: Head of Business Operations

Level: Manager

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, prioritize across multiple demands, and make judgment calls on time allocation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — you can write on behalf of the CEO and communicate with investors, board members, and internal stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism — you know how to read a room, manage relationships, and maintain discretion at all times
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — you keep tabs on multiple workstreams and ensure follow-through
  • A proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they’re said and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity and sound judgment
  • Comfortable in a high-expectation environment — you operate with urgency, attention to detail, and pride in delivering excellence
  • Must be based in or able to commute regularly to our Mid Town Manhattan (NYC) office (this is an in-person role)

Nice To Have

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom; familiarity with CRM or project management software is a plus
