Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our client, a private equity firm, is looking for a Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to support an Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company and work alongside industry leaders.

This assignment starts ASAP and will last approximately 3 months, with potential for extension.

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:
  • Support the executive team and Chief of Staff with daily tasks and outreach prioritization
  • Manage an executive's calendar and inbox
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up
  • Draft and follow up on executive correspondence
  • Update and maintain the executive's address book and the firm’s CRM
  • Organize and maintain the firm’s file system
  • Assist with HR functions as needed
  • Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues
  • Help plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage mail through various virtual mailboxes
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of professional or corporate experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
