EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years of experience in banking or business preferred
Must maintain or obtain notary within 60 days
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travel is not expected.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
SCHEDULE
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.May work unconventional schedule as needed.
May coordinate the work of one or more administrative assistants. Individuals work with limited direction from the senior executive and possess thorough knowledge of the organization. Incumbents have the proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties.
