RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Complete a variety of administrative responsibilities associated with division president and division community advisory board, including coordination of board and committee meeting schedules, monthly and quarterly agendas, management of board contact information, posting material to board portal and providing portal support to directors and management
  • Manage communication needs for the department by creating professional and accurate letters, memos, and email correspondence
  • Proactively coordinate and manage calendars for executives; make travel arrangements when necessary
  • Protect the Bank's professional reputation through knowledgeable and courteous interactions with customers, shareholders, board members, and regulators with prompt resolution of requests, inquiries or issues
  • Create Salesforce records, update and maintain database
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent required

2-4 years of experience in banking or business preferred

Must maintain or obtain notary within 60 days

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel is not expected.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. May work unconventional schedule as needed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

May coordinate the work of one or more administrative assistants. Individuals work with limited direction from the senior executive and possess thorough knowledge of the organization. Incumbents have the proven ability to make sound judgments on a day-to-day basis regarding assigned and ad hoc duties.
