  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in executive, administrative, or business support.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership within a large, complex organization and global environments.
  • Proficient in calendar/meeting management, reporting, travel coordination, expense reporting, and presentations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.

  • As an Executive Assistant ISC, you will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to leadership within the North America Integrated Supply Chain organization, managing complex priorities, executive communications, reporting, scheduling, travel, and strategic activities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Executive leadership within North America Integrated Supply Chain across complex administrative, organizational, and operational activities and strategic projects, exercising autonomy while ensuring alignment with business priorities and corporate policies.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Executive(s) and internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence, screening requests, coordinating communications, and handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion, tact, and professionalism.
  • Manage complex executive calendars, high-priority meetings, and global stakeholder interactions while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts, tracking key timelines and action items, and preparing administrative reports, presentations, meeting materials, agendas, minutes, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa requirements, detailed itineraries, and contingency planning, while supporting high-profile meetings, events, workshops, and conferences.
  • Support executive office operations, including expense reporting, budget and travel expense management, records and documentation, global announcements, and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience in executive, administrative, or business support, preferably supporting senior leadership within a large, complex organization, with experience working in an international or global company environment and supporting administrative reporting and multiple competing priorities.
  • Your skills include executive calendar and meeting management, administrative reporting, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting, event and meeting coordination, preparation of presentations and business documents, and professional written and verbal communication.
  • You are comfortable working across different functions, levels of leadership, and global stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • You have a high school diploma or vocational education with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re an organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful professional with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills who can anticipate executive needs, work independently, manage shifting priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Stamford, CT is $42.00 to $66.00

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
