Job Title Executive Assistant (Office: Cambridge, MA) Job Description Executive Assistant The Executive Assistant provides autonomous administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Cardiology Segment Leader and the Azurion Eye Category Leader, ensuring efficient coordination of correspondence, documentation, calendars, travel, events, and expense management in line with corporate policies. The role also serves as a communication hub for key updates across the department and organization, and may support the Works Council in representing employee interests.

Your role: Supports one or more executives with routine to moderately complex administrative, organizational, and operational tasks while working autonomously within established corporate procedures. Manages correspondence and communications for executives and key stakeholders, prioritizing emails, letters, and phone calls to keep information flowing efficiently.

Prepares and drafts business documents such as letters, emails, agendas, minutes, action items, and PowerPoint presentations. Coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, events, workshops, and conferences, including logistics, materials, technical setup, visa support, and budget compliance.

Maintains records and files, processes expense reports, communicates local announcements, and may support the Works Council in line with applicable policies and regulations.

You’re the right fit if: 2+ years relevant experience in administration or equivalent High School Diploma, Vocational Education required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Outlook, with strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Experience coordinating complex calendars, travel, meetings, and events with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and work independently while anticipating executive needs.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $32.00 - $52.00, plus overtime eligibility. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
