Philips is seeking a Demand Planner in Stamford, CT to lead end-to-end demand planning, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. You will work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align demand with business objectives and implement advanced analytics to improve forecasting.

Job Title Demand Planner (Stamford, CT) Job Description As a Demand Planner, Supply Chain, Personal Health, you will lead the development and execution of the demand planning process, leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support strategic business decisions.
Your role: Lead and optimize the end-to-end demand planning process, developing accurate and timely forecasts that incorporate market dynamics, consumer trends, customer insights, and business objectives across assigned product categories.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive consensus demand planning, align supply and demand, and ensure demand plans are updated in support of business planning cycles and strategic decision-making.
Develop and refine demand planning models, tools, and analytical frameworks, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to improve forecast accuracy, anticipate demand fluctuations, and optimize inventory management.
Analyze internal and external data and key performance indicator trends to identify risks, supply chain disruptions, and process improvement opportunities; develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement across the demand planning function by implementing demand planning systems and emerging technologies, establishing best practices, and supporting talent management activities including selection, performance management, career development, and day-to-day operational leadership.
You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in demand planning, supply chain management, forecasting, business planning, or a related field, with experience supporting cross-functional demand planning processes.
Your skills include demand forecasting, data analysis, inventory management, demand planning models and tools, interpreting market and customer trends, identifying supply chain risks, and translating data into actionable business insights.
Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and demand planning software is a plus.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in CT is $98,000 to $155,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
