The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the Vice President for Advancement and two Associate Vice Presidents serving Indiana University 39;s Indianapolis and Regional campus fundraising programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, partnering with senior leaders, and serving as a key resource for a dynamic team. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in keeping leaders informed, organized, and prepared while helping ensure the smooth operation of the Indianapolis and Regional Development office.
The compensation Range is $62,000 – $67,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This is a Hybrid Role (Remote Tuesdays & Thursdays) at our Downtown Indianapolis location.
