In this role, you’ll help bring clarity to ambiguous challenges and move important initiatives forward across advancement. This role will drive the Business Transformation Office initiatives partnering with leaders to understand goals, constraints and pain points of current business processes.
Outcomes will include process mapping, facilitating alignment to move ideas into execution, progress tracking, and more in this dynamic environment.
You’ll flex between analysis, coordination, facilitation, and execution, depending on what the work requires. It’s a role for someone who loves solving undefined problems and helping teams organize complexity into actionable steps.
The Advancement Project Manager & Systems Analyst supports the advancement goals and objectives of Indiana University (IU), the Indiana Alumni Association (IUAA), and the Indiana University Foundation (IUF). This role focuses on understanding problems that are not fully defined, clarifying priorities, mapping processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities that may involve projects and/or automation. Success in this role depends on strong relationships, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to move work forward in ambiguous and evolving environments.

The compensation range for this position is $65,000- $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience. This position is hybrid, includes a minimum of three days of on‑site work per week (to include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Hybrid employees have a bank of 60 days to be used for remote work on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the year as permitted. We anticipate a robust candidate pool and will leave the position open till April 20th to accept applications.
