ICONIQ is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Head of ICONIQ Impact in New York, working onsite with the Impact team. You will manage calendars, travel, and high-priority priorities while coordinating with fundraising, investor relations, and client services.

This role sits within Impact, which catalyzes collaborative philanthropy for effective giving at
scale. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Head
of ICONIQ Impact and broader Impact team, serving as a trusted partner while helping the team
manage executive priorities, important relationships, and key initiatives.
The Executive Assistant will play an important role in Impact's relationship stewardship across a
broad network of business leaders, founders, philanthropists, investors, and other influential
stakeholders. This individual will combine exceptional executive support with strong judgment,
relationship acumen, and proactive ownership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York office in accordance with our
ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $120,000 - $140,000, together with the benefits listed above.
