Job summary

ICONIQ seeks an senior technology leader to shape how data, automation, and emerging technologies drive decision-making and scale impact across the Corporate organization.

You will partner with Corporate leaders and Technology teams to define and execute a multi-year technology and data strategy, translating business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions with clear ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, product management, or consulting, ideally within financial services or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that leverage technology to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience partnering with Corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, or Operations.
• Strong understanding of modern data, automation, and analytics tools.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect technical and business audiences.
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity and a passion for innovation.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and technologies is a plus.

This role sits within ICONIQ’s Corporate organization, where we partner across functions to drive operational excellence and innovation firmwide. Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco or New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $200,000.00-250,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
