Amazon in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors in International Ops Finance. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, and handle expenses while partnering with senior leaders to ensure flawless execution.

The role emphasizes urgency, independence, discretion, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced, global environment. In-person collaboration is part of the culture, with five days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of senior level leadership support or Amazon experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.

Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings.
• Manage domestic and international travel.
• Manage expenses in timely manner.
• Assist with key team activities (staff meetings, town halls, team offsites).
• Track completion of key deliverables and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with leader’s team and other EAs for complete support.
• Oversee team space moves and reconfigurations.
• Support annual operational planning and performance review cycles.
