Job summary

Amazon Worldwide Operations Finance seeks an Executive Assistant to support two Finance Directors in Bellevue, WA. This in-office role blends executive support with program coordination and requires five days a week on site.

You will manage calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential information, partnering with leaders to drive cross-team collaboration and operational planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive assistant experience.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings, maintaining a forward-looking calendar 3–6 months out.
• Manage domestic and international travel and expenses.
• Manage key team activities and logistics: staff meeting agendas, all-hands, supply ordering, and team space (moves and reconfiguration).
• Organize, prioritize, and safeguard time-sensitive, confidential information; ensure action items are executed.
• Partner with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to support the broader organization.
• Support cyclical operational planning, business planning, and performance review cycles.
• Own coordination mechanisms for cross-team projects and recurring processes; set up the process, autonomously manage milestones and dates, consolidate status updates.
