Universal Music Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to the VP, Finance Intelligence CoE and the VP, Planning & Forecasting CoE. You will support two senior leaders, manage calendars, travel, expenses, and communications, and help build global finance capabilities.

This role requires proactive problem-solving, discretion, and strong collaboration across teams. You will operate in a fast-moving, confidential environment, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring milestones are

Qualifications

• Experience supporting VP/SVP/C-suite in a global org.
• Ability to manage two senior leaders simultaneously.
• Excellent calendar, travel and expense-management skills.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Own two complex executive calendars across functions and time zones.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, workshops, interviews, vendor sessions and offsites.
• Draft and coordinate executive communications and briefing notes.
• Manage domestic and international travel, itineraries, expenses and related admin.
• Act as central liaison across multiple finance and regional teams.
• Maintain milestone plans, logs, and deliverable inventories under guidance.
• Ensure decisions and commitments move forward with follow-up.
